1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).

2. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Excluding US holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We offer reliable domestic shipping carriers to get your apparel to your door. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days - $5.99 (Or FREE on 2 or more items)
Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days - $12.99

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary slightly based on your delivery zone.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours.

5. Damages & Missing Packages

Origin & Main is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier confirms delivery. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
