Returns & Refunds

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@originandmain.com with your order number.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping).

Exchanges

• We’re happy to help with exchanges for size or color when available. Please contact us to arrange this.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
